We have thought of satisfying, with variety and taste, all those who need special attention: our menu has been designed for everyone, even for those who cannot eat foods containing gluten. The ingredients are certified and qualified: egg pasta and bread are created directly by our artisan laboratory which uuses rice flour, corn flour, tapioca starch and corn starch.
